How can I exchange a product?

1. Request an exchange online in the Request a return section
2. Choose the product you want in exchange within the request.
3. After we receive your request, we will generate the pickup AWB, depending on the initial delivery method:

• Home delivery : we will send a courier to pick up the package.
• Delivery in easybox : we will send you a PIN code for easybox return.

We will notify you by email when the package arrives at our warehouse.

We will check the products to ensure they comply with the return policy.

We will issue a new order with the desired products for exchange. The shipping cost for the exchange is 20 lei and is paid upon delivery of the new package, not upon collection of the original one.

Only one exchange is possible per order. If another exchange is desired, all shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
