Return

How does it work?

1. Request the return online in the section Request a return
2. Pack the product appropriately to avoid damage to the package.
3. Send the package to our warehouse at:

Attention! The package must be properly packaged to avoid damage to the products. If the products arrive damaged due to improper packaging, we will refuse the return.

The cost of shipping and shipping the package to the Inotex warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

Inotex does not send the courier to pick up the package.

Any package sent with cash on delivery will be refused.

As soon as the package arrives at our warehouse, we will notify you by email.

The package will be checked to ensure that the products comply with the return policy and are not damaged.

After checking the products and finding that they comply with the return policy, we will issue the refund.

Was the order paid for online by bank card?

The refund will be made to the account associated with the card used to pay for the initial order.

The order was paid for at the courier - cash on delivery?

The refund will be made to the IBAN account noted by you in the online return request.

* The products must not show signs of wear, be damaged (torn, washed, stained, dirty and any other element that makes a difference compared to the new product that was delivered);

* The product must be packaged properly, at least in another box or bag to prevent damage during transport, so that it does not show signs of damage related to packaging.

* The package must arrive within 14 calendar days from the moment the notification of withdrawal from the contract was registered

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the return conditions (products that are worn, damaged, washed or damaged during transport due to improper packaging).
