Inotex Exchange and Return Guide
You have the right to return or exchange products within 20 calendar days of receiving the package. Returns are free of charge.
Mandatory Conditions
To be accepted, products must be in their original condition (without signs of wear, stains, or washing), with intact labels, accompanied by all accessories, and properly packaged (in an additional bag or box) to be protected during transport. Customized (embroidered) or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
1. How do you request a Product Exchange?
Only one exchange per order is accepted.
- Access the Request a Return section and choose the desired new product.
- Package Pickup: Depending on the method chosen in the request, we will send a GLS courier to your home or you will receive a code for an easybox (Sameday).
- Processing: After we verify the received products, we will issue the new order.
- Cost: The shipping fee for the new product is 15 lei and is payable upon delivery.
2. How do you request a Return (Refund)?
- Fill out the online form in the Request a Return section.
- Shipping: In your request, choose home pickup (GLS) or drop-off at a Sameday Locker (easybox). Note: Any package sent independently with cash on delivery (COD) will be refused.
- Return address (in exceptional cases): Inotex, Șoseaua Nicolina 189, 2nd floor, 700722, Iași (Tel: 0750 401 275).
What happens after you drop off the package?
- Notification: We will notify you by email as soon as the products arrive at our warehouse.
- Verification & Deadline: Within a maximum of 14 days of receipt, we will verify the products and process the refund.
- Money Refund: for cash on delivery payments — via bank transfer to the IBAN account you specified in the form; for online payments — directly to the card originally used.
For manufacturing defects, send photos to info@inotex.ro within 3 days of delivery.
